The New Design Managers
These are the voices of experience. In this volume, we have invited respected in-house and consultant design managers to share their wisdom. As a group, they identify brand as the DNA of the corporation, and since brand experiences must be designed, they find their expertise increasingly at the center of the enterprise. Within this context, they address all manner of concerns, from innovation and new technologies to team design processes and sustaining excellence. They discuss communications, product, and environmental design, and they amplify their lesson with numerous illustrations and case studies.
