Design is not just what it looks like and feels like. Design is how it works.

Steve Jobs

We’ve all heard that if we’re more creative, use Design Thinking, and are more people-centered in our approaches, it will lead to innovation. These are nice ideas… but how can you use those approaches effectively, especially with limited time, budget and resources? How can you work smarter in a world that is increasingly demanding of you?

Rama Gheerawo has developed and used techniques in over 100 ‘real world’ projects for a wide spectrum of clients. In this workshop, you’ll learn his insider’s guide to rapid, effective and aspirational innovation.

  • Understand how to work with small groups to define new innovation directions
  • Learn the concept of Deep Data to complement Big Data
  • See how to quickly turn Design Thinking into Design Doing
  • Learn to conduct training exercises that help overcome barriers to creativity and empathy, and give you greater clarity
  • Deeply understand how to innovate on a budget – even for the price of a meal

Make yourself more valuable to clients and colleagues and learn to focus your innovation strategy – moving from a linear approach to a flexible one, from a consistent approach to a more responsive and intelligent one. Future-Proof yourself both personally and within your organization.
