Matthew Brown, from London-based retail trend agency Echochamber, will take you on a whistlestop tour of the very best in retail innovation in this amazing global city.

A specialist of more than 10 years in trend safaris for designers, brands and retailers, Matthew shares his passion for his home city with a tour that demonstrates how vibrant retail can be when it offers experiences, rather than just products.

Over the course of approximately four hours, we will explore stores from food to fashion, home to technology, that are leading the way in terms of design and display, as well as technology that adds genuine value to the shopping experience, by combining the physical and the digital. We will visit stores that personalise, socialise and inspire.

We will see how forward thinking landlords and developers have sculpted vibrant new retail ecosystems, creating world class shopping destinations that surprise and delight.

Get your comfy shoes on and let’s get going!
