Disruption is a known unknown. Organizations may not know when it will happen, but they know it’s coming. What can businesses of any size do to make themselves more resilient? What skills, processes, and methods can be learned that help organizations survive, even thrive through disruption? Two design leaders will share perspectives from the trenches of design in start-up, medium, and large enterprises.
