Diversity has been linked to more creativity and innovation in the workplace, and it’s no surprise why. When people with different skill sets, backgrounds, and experiences are brought together, it leads to more effective problem-solving. In this hands-on workshop we will use IBM’s Enterprise Design Thinking framework in both small and large group brainstorming/ collaborating/ ideating/ making sessions. You’ll leave with tools and methods you can use to tackle real design problems of all types, while also empowering Diverse teams.

Workshop attendees may also join the conference rooftop reception Thursday evening.
