The focus of this Symposium is “Design: Exercising Influence.” Organizations have recognized that investing in design brings outsized results. Now it’s time for design & innovation managers to step up and exercise more influence over process, development and strategy. The dmi:Symposium in Manhattan Beach, CA on December 7th, 2017 will address ways that design can have a greater impact on supply chain, agile development, business models, and organization development.

The Symposium is open to any leader or manager wishing to learn the transformative value of design. Choose from two Symposium tracks: 1) Workshop in Strategic Thinking or 2) Interactive Sessions with established thought-leaders.
