Jeanine is working with companies of all sizes to imagine innovative solutions that deliver measurable customer value. A masters in Industrial Design from RISD led to 23 years in software design including 16 years at Microsoft leading experience design for a range of incubation and version one products. Having worked on both the engineering and design sides of innovation, she knows how to leverage design thinking and inclusive design principles across the disciplines to stitch together vision and implementation to deliver unique experiences that are both inspired by diversity and allow a range of ways for people to engage with the solutions. She believes in the power of listening closely to people to understand their challenges and ambitions and accepts that not everything needs a technological solution. She shares this passion in her industry talks and workshops ranging across inclusive design, design thinking, scenario planning, ideation and iteration, and strategic prototyping. She is the author of the Customer Experience Capability Model, a strategic framework teams use to examine their current skills against exemplary examples and define a transformation roadmap. In any given month you will find her leading design thinking workshops for software engineers, inclusive design capability development for designers, and coaching high school students in creativity and innovations.

Vernon T. Veira is an Entrepreneur, and Senior Business and Technology Executive with extensive accomplishments as a strategic visionary and operational planner. He has a successful proven track
record in driving business development, building client relationships, and leading large complex
technical organizations including financial management, and workforce globalization. Vernon is a
collaborative leader, possessing high personal integrity and interpersonal savvy with strong business,
financial, and people acumen.
He is a CIO/CTO and Partner at New York based Capstone Strategy Group (CSG), LLC. CSG specializes in "Continuous Business Improvement and Quality Assurance", and uses its competencies in business process analysis and optimization, data, and statistical (quantitative, qualitative, and predictive) analysis to help organizations achieve their transformation objectives. CSG's talented team works with its customers' people, process, and technology to: Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness, Customers' and stakeholders' satisfaction, Achieve financial targets, Increase the reliability and predictability of business planning, Adopt existing or new technologies, and Reduce cost.
Previously, Vernon Veira was Vice President, Internet and PC Software Development (Global Mailstream Engineering) at PITNEY BOWES, INC, Stamford, CT where he designed, implemented, and managed a software research and development practice. He created a world class organization with a strong customer focus that was globally dispersed (US, Europe, and India), decreasing direct labor costs by 20%, improving productivity by 25%, and generating $150 million in annual revenue.
Vernon held numerous business and technology leadership positions at VERIZON COMMUNICATIONS, and ITRON, INC. He also completed four years of service in the UNITED STATES AIR FORCE as an Avionic Instrumentation System technician.
Vernon completed a Master of Science in Information Technology degree from Quinnipiac
University, CT., and a BBA in Management Information Systems from Florida International University. He
received leadership training at the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business, marketing management training at Columbia University Graduate School of Business, and Project Management
training from George Washington University.

Innovator, leader, product developer and innovation coach, Dana leveraged those skills for over 30 years at Eastman Kodak, applying new technology from the Research Labs to satisfy unmet customer needs in camera and printer products. For the past 6 years he has been sharing those same skills with the entrepreneurship students at the Rochester Institute of Technology in multiple programs, including Applied Entrepreneurship and Commercialization, IdeaLab, National Science Foundation iCorp and Simone Center Summer Start.
As President of Innovate4Solutions, LLC, Dana has recently consulted on new product development for TheraTogs, Inc. Telluride, CO to create "MightyHug" a new form of an autism vest and has created medication reminder pill bottles for DoseCue, LLC, a Philadelphia, PA., based company.
Dana has a B.S. Math degree with a minor in Science and concentration in Studio Art from the SUNY at Brockport and has 22 US Patents issued.

Rich has spent over 25 years developing global consumer product and marketing strategies to
serve North American, European, Asian, and Latin America consumers. Rich began his design journey at Chase Design in Skaneateles N.Y., and included time with General Electric in Syracuse where he worked in the Audio Products Division. These experiences lead into a transition from Industrial Design to Product Management, Marketing, and Brand Management.
During his tenure with RCA in Indianapolis he held positions as RCA Brand Manager, DVD Product Marketing Manager, Director of Latin America Product Planning and Marketing, and Vice President of Advertising. His experiences include managing corporate partnerships with the NFL, NASCAR and USTA Tennis (RCA Championships), driving brand awareness and sales. His work experience includes a 3-year tenure as President of TTE Corporation, North America. TTE designed, marketed, and manufactured RCA Brand High-Definition Television Products. In 2012, after 30 years away from Ohio, Rich returned to his roots and joined his wife Cheri at Harmony Farm in Tipp City as the Director of Business Development and Farming Operations, where he developed a business and operational model for herbal products:
Harmony Farm Wellness.
In 2015 Rich joined the Crown Global Design Team as a project consultant and has worked closely with the Design Services team. In May of 2016 he assumed responsibility for the Interaction Design Team and is enjoying the challenge of managing a team of designers and integrating smart technologies into Crown's material handling equipment.
Rich has a B.S. in Industrial Design from the College of Design, Art, Architecture, and Planning at the University of Cincinnati. He has continued his education with postgraduate studies at The University of Michigan, Syracuse University (ESF) and Lemoyne College in Syracuse.
