The leadership of Toyota Europe launched an ambitious employee-driven program for cultural change. Following an internal merger and a series of crises, it strives to create a great place to work. To ensure organisation-wide recognition and adoption, the group opted for a design-led approach resulting in a powerful internal brand and a series of events. In a continuous effort, the outcomes of the design process embed the new way of working into daily business.

Mark lives and works in Brussels, Belgium having moved with Toyota to their European headquarters from the UK in 2001.

In the Corporate arena, he leads projects of a widely varied nature. These include an internally focused programme aiming to re-invent Toyota corporate culture in a hugely multi-cultural environment, created by the merger of previously separate Salesand Manufacturing entities.

Additional responsibilities include the commercial management of Toyota's European alliance programmes, building on the experiences gained in a career spent largely in Purchasing.

An avid life-long sportsman, Mark continues to enjoy running, golf and fishing. He is married with 4 school-age children.

Anne works as Transformation Consultant, Coach and Collective Intelligence Facilitator. Her clients are organizations dealing with complex transformation processes which cannot succed without involving people at all levels throughout the organization.

Anne's passion is to facilitate and coach change processes by helping organizations to access to the natural resources present (and too often ignored) in each and every human group: collective intelligence, creativity, enthusiasm, and sense of collaboration. She strongly beliefs that creating high performance within any organization mainly consists in generating and maintaining a human-friendly and human-compatible organisational and relational context. Anne worked with clients such as Pernod-Ricard, TOYOTA Motor Europe, DIAM International, KEOLIS, TAT Express, Croix-Rouge Française, PSA Peugeot-Citroën, Pôle Emploi, IESA, CRE-RATP, and is a member the International Coaching Federation.
