Session Description:

The supply chain is in the midst of radical change with disruptive forces at every step of the way. Jim Kraimer from Crown Equipment, will share a high-level view at how converging forces (digital technologies, automation, E-Commerce, labor, etc.) will create future winners, losers… and also a few surprises. As a point of reference, you’ll see how traditional and E-Commerce retailers are quickly changing the way they get products to you, and how material handling companies will need to plan for this radical change. By accepting the paradigm that radical change is coming fast, you’ll understand how disruption can be viewed an opportunity for smart, adaptive companies in any industry.
