Papers must use the Submission Template:
All papers will be double-blind peer-reviewed. Authors should not be identified in the body of the paper or extended summary. Authors should be referred to in the text or notes in the third person only.
Reviewers will be looking for top quality research that is significant in theory or practice. Pay attention to the academic quality of your paper: structure, language, argumentation, contribution to theory, and referencing. Be sure to highlight your work's originality and innovativeness as well as relevance to the conference and track. Any conclusions given in the paper must be backed-up with clearly presented evidence. If you are not a native English speaker we strongly recommend that you have your paper proof-read prior to first submission.
Full papers should be between 4000–6000 words in length. We welcome any research approach or type of paper including conceptual, empirical and critical literature reviews. However, we expect high standards of scholarship within the papers in terms of establishing the theoretical context, explicating the methods of inquiry, and reporting results that may aid other researchers.
A special issue of the Design Management Journal will be dedicated to the selected papers from the conference. Authors who present their papers at the conference will be invited to submit their paper for the Special Issues.
The deadline to upload your full paper is Tuesday 26 April 2016.
Acceptance for presentation in the conference will be confirmed by 21 May 2016. The final version of the full paper must be uploaded to the conference management website by 28 June 2012 for inclusion in the Proceedings. Papers must not have been previously published.
At least one author/presenter of accepted papers must attend the conference and present their work.
