Oliver King
Founder & Director, Engine Service Design
Oliver is a director and co-founder of Engine Service Design, one of the world’s foremost service design consultancies. Trained as an industrial designer, Oliver is a passionate champion of design-led innovation and enterprise. He works with organizations in the public and private sector to identify and deliver propositions and customer experiences that support the products and services they provide.
Oliver’s current clients include Mercedes-Benz, Vodafone, Virgin Atlantic, Samsung and BAA. In addition to his work as a consultant, Oliver is a regular speaker, writer and judge on design and innovation.
