Biography: Edgar Papke
As an award-winning speaker and facilitator, he is widely recognized for his authentic style and innovative approaches to leadership, organizational culture, and the creative management of change in complex business environments. Over the past seventeen years, as a speaker, trainer, and facilitator, he has delivered over 900 presentations and workshops to over 50,000 participants and attendees.
As a thought leader in organizational alignment, change and transition, Edgar has served as a guest lecturer to a number of universities and has contributed to the development of leaders and organizations throughout the world. He holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Psychology from Regis University, a B.S. in International Business Administration, and a degree in the Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America. He has served as a host for PBS television and radio and has authored several articles on change and transition leadership. He is the Founder and Chief Executive of Living Change, Inc.
