Meeting Conduct, Tips & Instructions
-
Please plan to login onto the LiveMeeting session 10 to 15 minutes before the session begins to ensure you have enough time to connect to live meeting. You cannot login more than 30 minutes in advance.
-
Audio for this event is handled via traditional conference calling technology using your regular telephone. Participants in the US may dial a toll-free number but toll charges will apply to all non-US participants. You may also choose to stream audio directly from Live Meeting software (PC only) by selecting the audio icon ("Start Internet Audio Broadcast") on the Live Meeting toolbar.
-
Following the session there will be time for Q&A. You may submit your questions via LiveMeeting or, if the speaker agrees, we may unmute your phones to facilitate group interaction and ask questions.
-
If you are using a PC and want a clutter free screen press Ctrl-H for full screen.
-
If you are using a MAC LiveMeeting will only work in the Safari browser, not Firefox.
-
To restore the original layout of your Live Meeting console, go to the View menu, and click Restore Default Layout.
-
Your event experience when using the Web-based Meeting console will be very similar to using the Windows-based Live Meeting Console software, but the functionality and layout of the Web-based Meeting console is significantly different. Be aware that console tools referred to in a presentation usually refers to the Live Meeting Console software and may either reside in a different location in the Web-based Meeting console or be unavailable entirely.
