When we speak or write about complex issues we inevitably simplify
and reduce the amount of information in order to make ourselves
and our message more easily understood. Especially with innovation
processes, it is easy to leave out relevant details in order to
make the overall picture clear. In some cases, this simplification
is OK, but more often the key to success or failure lies in the
details and the tacit dimensions.
This pre-summit workshop will examine LEGO®SERIOUS PLAY™—a
hands-on innovation tool that lets your mind form and organize new
thoughts. Experience how this science-based group thinking and decision
