Lenovo, the largest Chinese PC maker, has become a global competitor.
Several years ago, to understand a new way of innovation, they engaged
ZIBA Design. Two years later, ZIBA's design team had flown over
100,000 miles, worked through the SARS epidemic, prayed at a Buddhist
temple, commuted in Chinese cities on bikes, and lived in Chinese
households. Through understanding and insight, ZIBA delivered a
series of culture-driven innovations that created new product lines
and changed a company.
