This session will explore how scientifically-based experiential
learning can get at the heart of team challenges that are difficult
to articulate, and provide a leadership model that emphasizes team
decision-making. Participants will learn how to create a constructive
space in which differences can be voiced and acknowledged, and to
draw from mental images and deep feelings to help their team make
effective decisions with confidence and commitment.
