Innovation within an Organizational

Although opportunities for innovation abound, organizational barriers
seem to be even more prevalent. Curiously, opportunities are more
apparent to individuals, while barriers are usually organizationally
created—yet synergistic environments generally produce more
effective outcomes than individuals working alone. These concepts
will be explored through participation in a Campbell Organizational
Survey and in a lively, interactive “real world” exercise
where projects will be planned, outcomes evaluated, and money will
change hands. (There will be a suggested $20 buy-in for the
exercise.)
