Simple is Smart Justin Peters, Global Executive Creative Director, Siegel+Gale
We have all confronted complexity in our personal and professional lives. Mr. Siegel will present a series of groundbreaking projects—many led by designers—where simplicity and clarity have enabled corporations, not-for-profits and governments to distinguish themselves, motivate their employees, and realize their strategic objectives.
Biography: Justin Peters
Justin joined Siegel+Gale in 2005, driven by the chance to work creatively on a global scale. His expertise at leading complex engagements marries an unconventional visual sense with leadership skills honed over two decades of building world-class brands. He and his teams approach each project from all angles, creating brand experiences that exemplify the inventiveness and bold, unexpected viewpoints that are Siegel+Gale’s hallmarks.
Since joining Siegel+Gale, Justin’s teams have developed unexpectedly fresh strategies, stories and experiences for clients including the groundbreaking King Abdullah University of Science and Technology in Saudi Arabia as well as Adecco, GE, Ingersoll-Rand, Tata, SAP, Motorola and Pfizer. While based in London, Justin led projects for the International Islamic Trade Finance Corporation and Dubai Event Management Corporation. He moved from London to Dubai in 2009 to build Siegel+Gale’s creative capabilities and oversee work for Du Telecom, Qtel and Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development. In the UAE he was a frequent lecturer and radio show panelist. Justin continues to engage design students and creative professionals around the world with the 'power of simplicity', most recently on a University tour of Beijing and Shanghai, China.
Before joining Siegel+Gale, Justin served as creative director at Carbone Smolan Agency. During his 15 years there he led the conceptual development, design and production of identity programs, print communications, branded environments and digital experiences for clients such as Kodak, Sesame Workshop, Disney, The Chicago Symphony Orchestra and I.M. Pei’s Miho Museum in Shiga, Japan.
Justin holds a BFA from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia and certificates from the Rhode Island School of Design and Parsons School of Design.
