The Do's and Don'ts of Digital Collaborative Innovation

Magnus Christensson, Partner and CEO, Socialsquare

Magnus Christensson

Magnus will provide a broad perspective on how the collaborative development of new ideas, policies, opinions, and services can be seen as an act of collective design. His presentation will be based on experiences made through a wide range of projects in which citizens and consumers have been invited to share and collaborate around specific development and innovation challenges on digital platforms. The key learning points will be divided into three main areas that we as designers need to take into account when we design for participation and collaboration: the people using the platform to collaborate; the collaboration platform in itself; and the business processes that the platform supports.
