SenseMaking for ChangeMaking
Before change happens, new seeing happens, new understanding happens, new thinking happens.
Elizabeth Pastor, Co-Founder, Partner, Humantific
SenseMaking and ChangeMaking have become equally important partners in the quest to create a more human-centered world. Humantific, the consultancy Elizabeth Pastor co-founded, was an early pioneer in the application of design thinking to transformation in organizational and social contexts. Many challenges facing organizations, societies, and ultimately our planet, cannot be solved by creating more products and services. Pastor believes that SenseMaking has become the 21st century fuel for ChangeMaking!
