DSB (Danish State Railways) has a long and proud history of using design as a management tool to develop the company. As part of the DSB competitive strategy, all corporate design, from trains and stations, to graphics and uniforms, has changed in the past decade. Pia Bech Mathiesen will show how DSB has used design and value-based management, and how DSB measures the impact of design.
