To safeguard and expand its leadership position as a material technology innovator, Zapp AG has continually updated its strategies, structure, and processes over the years through constant change management. The company is in the process of launching a new corporate identity in 2006 that reflects the progress the company has made in recent years, yet also sets the stage for future c hange. This presentation will discuss the impact of the new corporate design on Zapp AG’s structural processes and its communications media. |
