For years, home elevators have been considered a luxury item. However,
due to the tremendous increase in home sale prices, this luxury
product is being democratized. Through a combination of research
and intuition, AUA was able to identify a new opportunity in this
market. An innovative solution was devised that successfully introduced
a unique product into a traditional industry, with the result that
AUA doubled its sales expectations within months after the launch.
This presentation will examine the issues, pitfalls, and successes
of introducing AUA’s new home elevator.
