Interactions 2002

The 6th European International Design Management Conference

University College Dublin

Dublin, Ireland

March 11-13, 2002

Overview

European ConferenceThis March, brand managers, marketing directors, academics, and industrial and graphic design managers will gather in Dublin to examine the importance of interactions among brands, products, and communications in creating and executing a successful business and design strategy.

Today’s economic environment demands intelligent, timely, and multifaceted decisions regarding interactions between an organization’s product or service, customer, staff, and brand. To succeed, organizations must make the most of every interaction and brand touchpoint, both internally and externally. To accomplish this, designers and managers need to be well-informed, understand multiple viewpoints, and be extremely effective in articulating their vision.
