The Foodprint Project uses food to re-imagine and ultimately redesign the city. From crowdmapping the Angeleno bananascape to prototyping prefab vertical farms, and from redesigning the intimate architecture of meat to redrawing the economic landscape of livestock production, this session will explore the relationship between food, design, and cities at a variety of scales.
