Meals and Materials
All lodging arrangements must be made directly with the Chatham
Bars Inn. All meals from Sunday dinner through Wednesday lunch
are included in the Chatham Bars Inn room rate. The annual clambake,
which is also included, will be held on Tuesday evening. Individual
meal tickets will be available for those staying offsite and for
spouses not attending the conference. The registration fee includes
the conference book, which features a schedule, list of attendees,
presentation outlines, and speaker bios, as well as refreshments
and evening receptions. Meals are included with the Chatham Bars
Inn hotel fee. Those staying offsite may purchase meal tickets if
desired.
Travel Arrangements
The Chatham Bars Inn is located just 19 miles from the Hyannis
Airport, 100 miles from Boston's Logan International Airport, and
102 miles from the T.F. Green airport in Providence, RI. Car rental
or limo service is available at all these locations.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations or substitutions must be
received in writing.
Until September 23
We will deduct a $150 administrative charge and refund or credit
the remaining fee.
September 23 - October 7
We will deduct a $150 administrative charge and credit the remaining
fee towards a future conference (within a year) or a new (no renewals)
full price membership.
After October 7
No refunds or credit.
