Reservations are on a first-come-first-served basis, and participants are recommended to make hotel reservations before October 31, 2007. In the case of requests received after the deadline, the secretariat will not be able to guarantee room availability.
All room rates are applicable on per room, per night basis. Service charge and VAT are included in breakfast. Exchange rate for US dollar is variable and is approximately KRW 900 to USD 1 as of August 2007.
