* To qualify for the Paper Presenter price, your
abstract must be accepted by the Scientific Committee for presentation
at the conference.
Materials
Each participant will receive a conference book and proceedings CD-ROM.
The conference book contains a full schedule, list of attendees, presentation
abstracts and presenter bios. Presented papers are published in the conference
proceedings CD-ROM.
Travel Arrangements
All sessions will be held at the SSIT (Seoul School of Integrated Sciences & Technologies)
67-7 Daehyun-Dong, Seodaemun-Gu, Seoul , Korea. More information about the venue and travel arrangements will be posted shortly.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations or substitutions must be received in
writing.
Until October 31
We will deduct a $100 administrative charge and refund or credit the
remaining fee.
November 1-15
We will deduct a $100 administrative charge and credit the remaining
fee towards a future conference (within a year) or a new (no renewals)
full price membership.
After November 15
No refunds.
