The DMI Advisory Council helps the organization and the Board of Directors achieve the vision and mission of the Institute, to advise the president and to assist the organization in accomplishing the annual operating goals through a range of activities. The council members serve as a bridge between DMI and its constituents in the community and complement and strengthen governance functions of the Board. As advocates of the Institute they extend the reach of DMI, and bring outside support, new perspectives and expertise to the organization.
