biography
Jim Dawton is a prominent advocate for the role of design in innovation. His 25-year career to date began in consumer product but more latterly a focus on healthcare has brought him to the forefront of the use of design in technology R&D, service design and policy.
As a Director of the UK product and service design firm Great Fridays, he combines evangelism for the importance of design authority in strategic leadership, with practical consultancy for both business and government.
